What is HRAtan?
HRAtan is a simple hiring tool (an applicant tracking system, ATS) for companies and recruiters. Candidates are screened as cards with a swipe (right: shortlist, left: pass), AI turns a CV in any language into a structured profile, and the best candidates can be forwarded to a decision maker in one click.
How does the AI CV analysis work?
Upload a CV in any language and get a structured profile with skills, experience and a match score for the job. The number of analyses falls under a monthly quota that depends on the plan.
What does swipe-based screening mean?
Candidates appear as cards: swipe right to add them to the shortlist, left to pass. You can filter by skills, and any decision can be undone.
How do I forward a candidate to my manager?
Send the top candidates to decision makers with a note. They receive the email in their own language and decide in one place.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New organizations get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial you can use 1 active job, 2 users and 20 AI CV analyses. After the trial a paid plan is needed to continue.
How much does HRAtan cost?
Prices exclude VAT. Starter: €59/month billed monthly, €47/month billed yearly (€564 charged once a year); up to 3 users, up to 3 active jobs, 50 AI CV analyses per month. Business: €149/month billed monthly, €119/month billed yearly (€1428 charged once a year); up to 10 users, up to 15 active jobs, 250 AI CV analyses per month. Pro: €319/month billed monthly, €255/month billed yearly (€3060 charged once a year); up to 25 users, active jobs under fair use, 1000 AI CV analyses per month. The Enterprise plan is available on request with a quote tailored to the size of your organization.
Which plan is for whom?
Starter is for small teams running their first structured hiring process. Business is for companies of 10–50 people that hire continuously. Pro is for growing companies with an HR team. Enterprise is for organizations with advanced security and compliance needs.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, a plan can be changed or cancelled at any time. When you switch plans the difference is prorated. Payment takes place on the secure Stripe page; HRAtan never sees card details.
Is HRAtan GDPR-ready?
Data handling is built to be GDPR-ready: each company’s data is kept separate (row-level security) and the database is hosted in the EU, in Frankfurt. CVs are analysed by external AI providers; the privacy notice has the details. Which languages does the interface support?
The interface is available in 6 languages: Hungarian, English, German, French, Japanese and Chinese.
Are there public job pages and a careers page?
Yes. Published jobs have public pages and each company has a careers page. Job pages use schema.org JobPosting markup so that search engines (such as Google for Jobs) can interpret them.
